FILE → Export MIDI. Tempo is detected and can be typed in or taken from the project.

Notes on separate channels so each keeps its own pitch curve, with a bend range you
choose. For duduk we suggest ±12 rather than the ±2 a synth ships with — the manual explains
why, with measurements.
